Georgia Duck hunting

Sea Duck & Diver Duck Hunts with Low Man Charters

Location: South Atlantic Lowcountry – Richmond Hill, GA to Hilton Head, SC

Hunt Style: Boat blind, open-water hunts

Target Species: Common Scoter, Blue Bills & other sea/diver species

Low Man Charters provides authentic sea duck and diver duck hunts along the South Atlantic coastline of Georgia and South Carolina. These hunts focus on fast-moving open-water species like common scoter and blue bills as they migrate along the Atlantic Flyway. With access to major migration lanes, you’ll experience a style of duck hunting that’s aggressive, physical, and completely different from timber or field hunts.

Captain Patrick Vereen grew up in rural southwest Georgia hunting and fishing the Gulf of Mexico. After attending GSU, he transitioned to the South Atlantic Lowcountry, where the combination of rich coastal habitat, strong sea duck migrations, and unique marine life led him to start Low Man Charters. His mission is simple: share his knowledge of hunting, fishing, and these waters while helping others enjoy God’s creation.

Our main concern on adventures is that we seek to enjoy God's creation fruitfully. In accordance with love, joy, peace, patience etc. Aboard our boats we labor not for fish or ducks, which surely perish. But we labor for God, through Jesus Christ, who created the heavens and the earth, and looks on those who believe in Him with favor. For this we sing songs of victory, rain or shine, ease or toil, little or plenty. We seek not that our results would bring joy, but rejoice that our labor is in the Lord. Amen:)
